Hello Friends,
At times we meet people who are entirely gifted in how they engage others by the very way they speak. I think it's the polish they add as they express their words that makes them shine. Polish is a gift of being able to say intentionally the words that need to be spoken but with added eloquence.
Although we are not born with it, it is none the less perfected when focused on. Polish is normally part of being gracious and brings with it a sense of style and flair; something you become known for having. It enhances your demeanour, establishes your credibility, and even in delivering the most difficult of messages, you find a way to express the words with polish. It is an art refined each day.
