Hello Friends,
How often do we find ourselves thinking on things? Shakespeare said it best; 'nothing is either good or bad, but thinking makes it so'. The truth is what we think about becomes our reality. It's possible we may never live out our thoughts but that does not mean they do not absorb our mind and take a toll as we process through the emotions.
Perhaps our happiness is simply found in taking a break from thinking for awhile, a chance to stop, relax our mind, and just be present in the moment. To realize that sense of peacefulness would truly be a gift in our day. Until next time...
