Hello Friends,
Sometimes life just simply does not play fair. We rise and fall with the moments wondering what next will be ours to solve. At times all seems to go on smoothly and it is then we rebuild our strength and refocus our energies.
I love the words in this song 'I get knocked down but I get back up again'. It's important we find a way to take a momentary pause yet equally know with certainty that life's challenges will not defeat us. Instead, by reaching way down within the heart of us, we find what it is we need to carry on. Until next time...
