Hello Friends,
The analogy of being in it to win is the constant measure of commitment to anyone thing. Whether we are focused personally or professionally, that attitude, is what sets us up for success. In the moments of wondering if it is worth the effort, we come to know with certainty that it is. What I mean by that, is we cannot own every one's part along our journey through life, but we can inspire them to their potential and empower them to win with us.
When you are in it to win, obstacles are still present. While at times, we may feel we are in a valley, we need only to look up and see that the mountain top is but a climb a way towards achieving our goals. Winning doesn't come at all costs, yet it is the desire to win, and the attitude to move all others in that direction, that matters most. We never go it alone; rather we find our success is found in being in it to win together. Until next time...
