Hello Friends,
Perhaps the most difficult of all things to figure out is the heart's emotions and how we struggle at times to sort through things that won't seem to leave our mind. It's hard to understand how they simply will not leave us, and while we want to solve them and as importantly let them go, we come to know with certainty that is it often time that is the greatest enabler.
We wonder why it is we so care and why in the process we don't just decide it is no longer worth the effort. Perhaps that actually happens more often than we think but then we pause and realize that matters of the heart do take time to resolve. In processing the emotions we know this is an essential part of letting go. Until next time...
