About feeling frustrated...

Hello Friends,

Perhaps one of the most difficult of emotions to handle is feeling frustrated. It could be that it's outside of our control and that makes it so and the very reason we want to walk away and take time to regroup.  Time is truly a great healer.

In the moments we have to spend alone we regain a sense of our self again.  We reenergize and refocus.  The sense of frustration becomes a distant emotion and we find a way to back in control again.  Until next time...
