In our journey through life we discover that influence can carry us a long ways. What I mean by that is influence has the ability to persuade and cause another person to go in the direction you desire. But influence comes with incredible responsibility and often requires taking a risk.
To have influence one must gain self confidence and use it towards the achievement of not only personal goals but as an enabler for others to achieve their goals. On the most challenging of days we must step back and reassess the impact we can make. In the process of having influence, we find success. Until next time...
