The nicest part of any day are the moments spent in remembering the times that have had the greatest impact on our life. What I mean by that is the situations, both good and bad that forever change us.
What I have come to know with certainty is reflection is good for us and time well spent. In the busy parts of our day, sometimes these are the very moments that see us through and enable us to keep going. In reflecting we find perspective. Until next time...
