Hello Friends,
At the heart of what's imost important to me is building and sustaining relationships. A colleague of mine once surprised me by saying 'it's like you build it into your day'. While I'd never really thought about it that way I just inherently have always known its value. It really doesn't seem like work to me, rather I approach it as so important I just make time for it.
In discovering how to partner with others and include them as fundamentally part of my success I've discovered how readily others are to share with me what they know. I've often returned that favour and in the process have realized how mutually valuing each other , there is a world of knowledge along with unbelievable admiration and respect. Until next time...
